Order Processing and Shipping

At New River Soap Company, we strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible! In house processing of your orders takes approximately 2 - 3 business days. You are allowed to make changes to your order or cancel your order within a 24 hour window from time of purchase. You may email any changes or cancellation of your order to contactus@newriversoapcompany.com during this 24 hour period. After this window of time has passed, your order will be processed as received. (This 24 hour window is not affected by or amended based on days of business operation which are Monday - Friday. The 24 hour period starts from the time the order is placed).

We use a secure payment processing company, PayPal, to process all transactions. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to enjoy a quick, easy and secure checkout. To find out more information about PayPal’s security and policies, please visit their site www.paypal.com. Once your order is placed and payment is received, you will receive an email letting you know your order has gone through and is in processing.

Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail depending on weight. These options usually take 1 - 3 business days to arrive once shipped. Priority Mail Express is available upon request and will ship overnight, however, this is a very pricey shipping option.

So once your order is placed, packaged and shipped, you can usually expect to receive your order within a total of 3 - 6 business days. Most customers receive their orders on average 3 - 4 business days from the time the order is placed and payment is received. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified by email with a tracking number that you can use to track your package through the USPS website.

Even through careful order processing and handling procedures, sometimes mistakes do happen! If you ever receive an inaccurate or incomplete order, please let us know by emailing our customer service department at contactus@newriversoapcompany.com and we will gladly make your order right!

Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction of our products is always a top priority here at New River Soap Company! We are confident that you will fall in love with our products, but if for any reason your expectations are not met, please email us at contactus@newriversoapcompany.com and we will be glad to work with you and ensure you are a satisfied customer. Due to the nature of our skincare products, we cannot accept returns on any product of that nature (whether opened or not). The safety and hygiene of such products once they leave our shop cannot be guaranteed, therefore, cannot be restocked or resold for this reason. You may simply discard such product. However, please email us so we can still make sure you have a positive experience and we can find a solution for you!

Please note, it is the sole responsibility of the customer and/or site user for reading and understanding the labels and complete list of ingredients of each and every product on this website so please read every ingredient carefully. Some products could contain allergens such as nut or plant based allergens. New River Soap Company, LLC is not responsible for any reaction due to an allergy caused by any ingredient listed on any product that is sold through this website.
